  "text": "The National Research Development Corporation (the Corporation) and the National Enterprise Board (NEB) operate under the joint name of British Technology Group and the members of the Corporation are also members of the NEB.\nThese Regulations bring the provisions for dealing with the appointment of the members of the Corporation, and their tenure and vacation of office into line with the corresponding provisions applicable to the NEB, contained in the Industry Act 1975 (c.68).\nThe Regulations also so bring into line the provisions dealing with the authentication of the common seal of the Corporation and with the proof of documents purporting to be executed under the seal of the Corporation.",
