  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations designate a site connected to the prevention of terrorism as a prohibited place for the purposes of sections 4 to 6 of the National Security Act 2023 (c. 32).\nThe designation of the site is to protect the safety and interests of the United Kingdom.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private or voluntary sector, or community bodies is foreseen.",
