  "text": "(1) An application to discharge or vary a disclosure order may be made to the High Court of Justiciary by—\n(a) the Lord Advocate;\n(b) any person affected by the order.\n(2) The High Court of Justiciary may—\n(a) discharge the order;\n(b) vary the order.",
