  "text": "(1) In England and Wales and Northern Ireland, an account monitoring order has effect as if it were an order of the court.\n(2) An account monitoring order has effect in spite of any obligation as to secrecy or other restriction on the disclosure of information imposed by an enactment or otherwise.",
