  "text": "(1) This Act comes into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by regulations appoint, subject to subsection (2).\n(2) Sections 95 to 102 come into force on the day on which this Act is passed.\n(3) A power to make regulations under this section includes power to appoint different days for different purposes or areas.",
