  "text": "(1) In this Part—\n“the Commission” means the Proscribed Organisations Appeal Commission established under section 5(1) of the Terrorism Act 2000;\n“conduct” includes omissions and statements;\n“designated body” has the meaning given by section 33A(3);\n“the designated body condition” has the meaning given by section 33B;\n“designation” means a designation under section 33A;\n“enactment” includes—\n(a)an enactment comprised in subordinate legislation (within the meaning of the Interpretation Act 1978);\n(b)an enactment comprised in, or in an instrument made under, a Measure or Act of Senedd Cymru;\n(c)an enactment comprised in, or in an instrument made under, an Act of the Scottish Parliament;\n(d)an enactment comprised in, or in an instrument made under, Northern Ireland legislation;\n(e)retained direct EU legislation;\n“foreign power” has the meaning given by section 32;\n“the foreign power condition” has the meaning given by section 31;\n“foreign power threat activity” and “involvement”, in relation to such activity, have the meaning given by section 33;\n“information” includes information about tactics, techniques and procedures;\n“the maximum term for summary offences” means—\n(a)in relation to an offence committed before the time when section 281(5) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 comes into force, 6 months;\n(b)in relation to an offence committed after that time, 51 weeks.\n(2) In this Part references to a part of the United Kingdom are references to—\n(a) England and Wales,\n(b) Scotland, or\n(c) Northern Ireland.",
