  "text": "(1) In Schedule 1 to the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (civil legal services), in Part 1 (services), paragraph 45 is amended as follows.\n(2) Omit sub-paragraph (2).\n(3) For sub-paragraph (3) substitute—\n“(3) Sub-paragraph (1) is subject to—\n(a) the exclusions in Part 2 of this Schedule, with the exception of paragraph 18 of that Part, and\n(b) the exclusion in Part 3 of this Schedule.”\n(4) In sub-paragraph (4) omit the definition of “control order proceedings”.",
