  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend regulation 3 of the National Treatment Agency Regulations 2001 to remove the disqualification of the chairmen and vice-chairmen of health authorities, special health authorities or NHS trusts and the disqualification of chairmen of primary care trusts from serving as the chairman or a non-officer member of the National Treatment Agency.",
