# Nationality and Borders Act 2022, Paragraph 18: Consequential amendments

In section 92 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (place from which an appeal may be brought), omit—
(a) subsection (2)(b) (and the preceding “or”);
(b) subsection (3)(b) (and the preceding “or”).
