In paragraph 2 (countries to which presumptions of safety in Part 2 of Schedule 3 apply)—
(a) after paragraph (ba) insert—
“(bb) Republic of Croatia,”;
(b) after paragraph (o) insert—
“(oa) Principality of Liechtenstein,”.
