# Nationality and Borders Act 2022, Paragraph 9: Safe countries

In paragraph 20(1) (powers to amend list of safe countries by order)—
(a) the words from “add a State” to the end become paragraph (a);
(b) after that paragraph (a) insert
“, or
(b) remove a State from that list.”
