# Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002, Section 27: Resident of centre

Status: prospective

A reference in this Part to a resident of an accommodation centre is a reference to a person for whom accommodation in the centre is provided—
(a) under section 17,
(b) by virtue of section 22,
(c) by virtue of section 23, or
(d) under section 24.
