# Natural Environment (Scotland) Act 2026, Section 31: Authorisation for use of vehicles to drive deer

Extent: S

(1) Section 19 of the 1996 Act (use of vehicles to drive deer) is modified as follows.
(2) In subsection (2)—
(a) after “owner”, insert “or occupier”,
(b) for “him”, substitute “the owner or occupier”.
