  "text": "(1) Section 16 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (power to grant licenses) is modified as follows.\n(2) In subsection (3), after paragraph (e) insert—\n“(ea) for the purpose of falconry to kill or take mountain hares (Lepus Timidus) during the period beginning with 1 October and ending with the last day of February,”.",
