Article 18 Charges in respect of EU greenhouse gas emissions trading scheme

Section 42(3A) of the 1995 Act^f1 is amended as follows.

For “new Agency”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “charging authority”.

After “Secretary of State” insert “or, as the case may be, the Welsh Ministers”.
