# The Natural Resources Body for Wales (Consequential Provision) Order 2013, Article 3: Delegation of functions by the Environment Agency


(1) The Public Bodies Act 2011 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 26(1), omit “non-devolved”.
(3) In section 36(1), in the definition of “cross-border operator”, before paragraph (a) insert—
“(za) the Natural Resources Body for Wales,”.
