  "text": "In this Order—\n“the Body” (“y Corff”) has the meaning given by article 3(1);\n“nature conservation” (“cadwraeth natur”) means the conservation of flora, fauna or geological or physiographical features;\n“pollution control functions” (“swyddogaethau rheoli llygredd”) has the same meaning as in section 5 of the Environment Act 1995;\n“the Welsh zone” (“parth Cymru”) has the meaning given by section 158 of the Government of Wales Act 2006.",
