# The Natural Resources Body for Wales (Establishment) Order 2012, Article 9A: Power to enter into agreements with local authorities and public bodies


(1) Without prejudice to the generality of the powers conferred by article 9, the Body is to be treated as both a local authority and a public body for the purposes of the provisions of the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) Act 1970, except section 2(2).
(2) But the Body may not, under section 1 of that Act, make arrangements which could be made under section 28(1) of the Public Bodies Act 2011.
