# The Natural Resources Body for Wales (Functions) Order 2013, Article 8: Abolition of the Countryside Council for Wales


(1) The CCW is abolished.
(2) Accordingly, the following are repealed—
(a) sections 128 to 134 of the 1990 Act ;
(b) Schedules 6, 8 and 9 to the 1990 Act ;
(c) Part 1 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 .
