  "text": "(1) The following are abolished—\n(a) the Environment Protection Advisory Committee established pursuant to section 12(6) of the 1995 Act;\n(b) the regional and local fisheries advisory committee established pursuant to section 13(5) of the 1995 Act.\n(2) Accordingly, the following provisions of the 1995 Act are repealed—\n(a) section 12 ;\n(b) section 13 ;\n(c) Schedule 3;\n(d) paragraph 3 of Schedule 23.",
