# Nature Conservancy Council Act 1973, Paragraph 11


In section 11(3) of the Chichester Harbour Conservancy Act 1971 (constitution of the Chichester Harbour Conservancy Advisory Council) for paragraph (e) there shall be substituted the following paragraph:—
“(e) one shall be appointed on the nomination of the Nature Conservancy Council ;”.
