# Nature Conservancy Council Act 1973, Paragraph 2


For subsection (3) of section 3 of that Act (re-allocation of activities connected with scientific research) there shall be substituted the following subsection:—
“(3) The Natural Environment Research Council shall carry on the former activities of the National Oceanographic Council.”
