# The Nature Conservation (Scotland) Act 2004 (Authorised Operations) Order 2016, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 25th January 2016
Coming into force 3rd March 2016
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(1)(f) and 17(1)(f) of the Nature Conservation (Scotland) Act 2004 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
