  "text": "In section 21 (penalties etc.)—\n(a) in subsection (1), for “or section 17” substitute “ , 15A, 17, 19ZC (other than an offence under section 19ZC(7) in relation to a wildlife inspector acting in exercise of the power conferred by section 19ZC(3)(d)) or 19ZD ”,\n(b) in subsection (4)—\n(i) after “14” insert “ or 14A ”,\n(ii) in paragraph (a), for “the statutory maximum” substitute “ £40,000 ”,\n(c) after subsection (4) insert—\n“(4A) A person guilty of an offence under section 19ZC(7) in relation to a wildlife inspector acting in exercise of the power conferred by subsection (3)(d) of that section shall be liable—\n(a) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, or to both;\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine, or to both.”,\n(d) in subsection (6)(b), after “14” insert “ or 14A ”.",
