# Nautical Assessors (Scotland) Act 1894, Section 7: Definitions.


The expression “Court” shall include the Lord Ordinary and either Division of the Court of Session, and the Sheriff principal and sheriff, but the expression Sheriff principal shall not include Sheriff.
