  "text": "Where a Mutiny is not accompanied by Violence, the Ringleaders of such Mutiny shall suffer Death, Penal Servitude, or Imprisonment; and all other Persons who shall join in such Mutiny, or shall not use their utmost Exertions to suppress the same, shall suffer Imprisonment, or such other Punishment as is herein-after mentioned.",
