  "text": "Every Person subject to this Act who shall wastefully expend, embezzle, or fraudulently buy, sell, or receive, any Ammunition, Provisions, or other Public Stores, and every Person subject to this Act who shall knowingly permit any such wasteful Expenditure, Embezzlement, Sale, or Receipt, shall suffer Imprisonment or such other Punishment as is herein-after mentioned.",
