  "text": "Every Person subject to this Act who shall either designedly or negligently suffer any Ship of Her Majesty to be improperly lost, stranded, or hazarded, shall be dismissed from Her Majesty's Service, with or without Disgrace, or suffer Imprisonment or such other Punishment as is herein-after mentioned.",
