# The Naval Discipline Act 1957 (Jersey) Order 1996, Note: Explanatory note

This Order modifies certain provisions of the Naval Discipline Act 1957 and the Naval Forces (Enforcement of Maintenance Liabilities) Act 1947, as amended, and the Armed Forces Act 1991 in their application to the Bailiwick of Jersey.
