# The Naval Discipline Act 1957 (Jersey) Order 1996, Part II: modifications subject to which provisions of the naval forces (enforcement of maintenance liabilities) act 1947 have effect in the bailiwick of jersey


In section 1(2A), in paragraph (b), after “extends” insert “, and also includes a reference to an order registered in a court in the Bailiwick of Jersey under the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) (Jersey) Law 1953”.
