  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Standing Orders and Regulations of the Naval Medical Compassionate Fund. It provides for the Assistant Under Secretary of State (Naval Personnel) for the time being to be a trustee of the Fund instead of the Accountant General of the Navy for the time being. It also enables a person to become a subscriber for life by paying a single lump sum.",
