At the Court at Windsor Castle the 16th day of April 1991 Present,The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council Her Majesty, in pursuanceof section 1 of the Naval Medical Compassionate Fund Act 1915, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her PrivyCouncil, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
