# The Naval Medical Compassionate Fund (Amendment) Order 1991, Note: Explanatory note


(This note does not form part of the Order)
This Order amends the Standing Orders and Regulations of the NavalMedical Compassionate Fund. It provides for—
(a) the omission of obsolete or spent provisions;
(b) a reduction in the number of Directors (article 3);
(c) the election of Directors (article 5);
(d) minor amendments to the distribution of monies (article 7);
(e) minor amendments to the appointment and reimbursement of theHonorary Treasurer (article 9); and
(f) minor amendments to the production of a Balance Sheet (article 10).
