Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order shall be cited as the Naval Medical Compassionate Fund (Amendment) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 12th June 2008.

In this Order “the Standing Orders and Regulations” means the Standing Orders and Regulations for the Constitution and Government of the Naval Medical Compassionate Fund, approved by Order in Council dated 28th July 1915f1.
