  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of defects in SI 2008/1488 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nDefence\nMade 10th December 2008\nComing into force 11th December 2008\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 10th day of December 2008\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in pursuance of section 1 of the Naval Medical Compassionate Fund Act 1915, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
