# Navigation Act 1660, Section XV: Proviso for Bullion, and Goods taken by way of Reprisal.


Provided That this Act or any thing therin contained extend not to Bullion nor yet to any Goods taken or that shall be bona fide taken by way of Reprisall by any Ship or Ships belonging to England Ireland or Wales Islands of Guernsey or Jersey or Towne of Berwicke upon Tweede and wherof the Master and three Fourths of the Mariners at least are English haveing Commission from His Majestie his Heires and Successors.
