Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order:

(a)

“the 1997 Act” means the Police Act 1997;

(b)

“the Authority” means the NCIS Service Authority;

(c)

“NCIS” means the National Criminal Intelligence Service; and

(d)

“operating costs” includes any remuneration, including pensions, payable to and in respect of the Authority’s officers and employees, the cost of any accommodation occupied by the Authority and the cost of any services provided to the Authority.
