  "heading": "Apportionment of the levies",
  "text": "Once the total amount of the levies has been approved by the Secretary of State or, if no such approval has been given, once the Secretary of State has issued a direction under paragraph 3(1) or (2) of Schedule 3 to the 1997 Act, the total amount of the levies shall be apportioned between police authorities in accordance with the Schedule to this Order.",
