# The Neath Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2009, Article 4: Power to co-opt additional members


The members referred to in article 3(1) and article 8 may at any time co-opt not more than two persons to serve as members of the Authority for such period not exceeding twelve months as the co-opting members may specify at the time of co-option.
