# The Neath Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2009, Article 7: Terms of office of other members


A member appointed by the Authority or the Council (other than a member appointed under article 6) shall, unless appointed to fill a casual vacancy and subject to the provisions of this Order, hold office for the period of three years starting on 1st October next following that member’s appointment.
