# The Neath Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2009, Paragraph 5


The first vice-chair shall be appointed at the first meeting of the Authority referred to in paragraph 10 or as soon as practicable thereafter and, subject to paragraph 7 the person so appointed shall, unless that person resigns as vice-chair or ceases to be a member, continue in office for the period of one year.
