  "text": "(1) Section 18 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (statement of community involvement) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2) after “sections” insert “ 13, 15, ”.\n(3) After subsection (3A) insert—\n“(3B) The Secretary of State may by regulations prescribe matters to be addressed by a statement of community involvement in addition to the matters mentioned in subsection (2).”",
