  "text": "Section 13 of the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965 (refusal to give up possession of land to acquiring authority) applies in relation to temporary possession by virtue of section 18(2) of this Act as if—\n(a) the reference to “this Act” in subsection (1) were a reference to section 18(2) of this Act, and\n(b) the references to taking possession of land were references to taking temporary possession of land compulsorily by virtue of section 18(2) of this Act.",
