# The Net Zero Teesside (Amendment) Order 2025, Article 15: Amendment to Schedule 1 (authorised development)


In Schedule 1 (authorised development), Work No. 9 is amended as follows—
(a) after paragraph (e) “Work No. 9E – Saltholme laydown;” omit “and”;
(b) after paragraph (f) “Work No. 9F – Haverton Hill laydown” for “.” substitute “; and”; and
(c) after paragraph (f) “Work No. 9F – Haverton Hill laydown; and” insert—
“(g) Work No. 9G – temporary construction laydown area.”.
