# The Net Zero Teesside (Amendment) Order 2025, Article 6: Amendment to Part 4 (supplemental powers)


In Part 4 (supplemental powers), article 20 (authority to survey and investigate the land) after paragraph (6) insert—
“(7) The undertaker may not rely upon any powers under this article 20 in respect of the supplemental land.”.
