# The Net Zero Teesside Order 2024, Paragraph 161: Regulation of powers

The undertaker must not exercise the powers granted under this Order so as to hinder or prevent the operation or maintenance of the PD Teesport operations or access to them without the prior written consent of PD Teesport.
