# The Net Zero Teesside Order 2024, Paragraph 163: Regulation of powers in relation to Seal Sands Road

Extent: E+W+S

The undertaker must not exercise the powers granted under this Order so as to hinder or prevent use of Seal Sands Road by PD Teesport and road users, such access to be along the existing highway route at Seal Sands Road.
