  "text": "The Teesworks entity may issue a notice (a “diversion notice”) to the undertaker at any time prior to 30 days after the later of—\n(a) the date of issue of the work notice under paragraph 268(b); or\n(b) the date of issue of the most recent work notice under paragraph 269,\nunless the Teesworks entity and the undertaker, acting reasonably, agree such longer period prior to the expiry of the relevant 30 day period.",
