# The Net Zero Teesside Order 2024, Paragraph 272: Provision for diversion works

Extent: E+W+S

A diversion notice must set out—
(a) the diversion work proposed; and
(b) how the diversion work proposed satisfies so far as relevant each part of the diversion condition.
