  "text": "If the undertaker issues a notice under paragraph 272(a) the Teesworks entity and the undertaker must use reasonable endeavours to enter into a diversion works agreement within 30 days of the notice on such terms as may be agreed between them, and where a planning permission is still to be obtained for the diversion work, the Teesworks entity must use reasonable endeavours to obtain the planning permission in order that the diversion work can be carried out without delay to the undertakers’ programme for the construction of the authorised development.",
